e3 logoNintendo is offering a new feature to DS owners who use their handhelds for entertainment in the airport. The DS will be able to pick up airport data, and show passengers what gate their flight is at, the status of the flight, the luggage information, etc. This will expedite traveling and possibly make the airport a little bit more enjoyable.

Looks similar to the interface Nintendo has had at Safeco field in Seattle, which allows people to view highlights, view other game stats, buy food, etc.

e3 logoNintendo has added VoiceChat to the wii, but in a manner significantly different than that of the other console makers. Instead of making each player wear a headset, WiiSpeak works more like an enterprise TeleConference system. That is, there is one microphone (It sits atop the sensor bar), and everyone talks into it. Voice comes from the TV speakers.

Animal Crossing Wii is said to support this feature
